We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, but just in case…

Returns /Exchanges / Refunds Policy

Little Angels Couture strive for 100% customer satisfaction and We take special pride to ensure that all items are beautifully presented and in perfect order when despatched.  We do ask that you check size charts where possible but In the event that your garment is not suitable because of size we do offer the following options:

Returns:  You may return your unworn, unwashed, and undamaged purchase for any reason within 14 days of ship date (30 days for our international customers), for a complete refund of the purchase price.

All returns must include the original packaging materials. We do not offer refunds when the product has been damaged through alteration or misuse

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless there was a mistake on the order.

International Returns: We understand that returning goods from outside Australia within 14 days may be difficult; therefore, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return your parcel and send it as soon as possible.

Exchanges:  Your item to be exchanged must be received by Little Angels Couture before the replacement is dispatched.   You can exchange your order within 14 days of you receiving your item/s. Please contact us via email info@littleangelscouture.com.au to arrange the exchange.

Refunds:  Little Angels Couture honour our commitment to refund the purchase price of a returned item provided the item is returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged  with tags intact and in the original packaging materials at the customer’s expense.

We regret that (unless otherwise agreed) items received back that do not adhere to the above conditions cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost

Risk:  Once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company or Australia Post, the risk of loss and title of your purchase (responsibility) transfers to the shipping company.

Privacy Policy :  Little Angels Couture regards customer privacy as a vital part of our relationship with our customers. We take the privacy issue of our customers with absolute care.

 Faulty or Defective Items

Little Angels Couture take quality control very seriously and have measures in place to ensure that all items are checked before dispatch; however, very occasionally faults or defects may not be spotted. If you receive a faulty or defective item from us, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a full exchange or refund, including your reasonable return postage costs.

Cancellations

With the exception of special orders, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund any time up to your items have been dispatched. If your cancellation is received after the items have been dispatched, then the Returns Policy as described above applies.
